I do agree with you some people think a bug causes all problems (like people activating the wron character)
the problem with the wrong character issue is it is a bug in some cases, and in others its user error and not wanting to admit it

in the case of the user error, no sympathy
in the case of the system error, yeah thats a whole nother issue altogehter
