I agree with this, I have never done anything by mistake because I read what is on the screen.

And @OP is the story from this the guy that npc'd a paragon crown and said its SE's fault for not having a buy back feature?

Yea, it was my mistake and I know that.

I'm pretty sure I know what TheVedis is referring to though, not that I care. And while I may not agree with this person's argument, I still feel we need much better customer service than we currently have. If you're OK with piss poor service that's great, but many are not.
