For starters they can fix the rain making the yards look like total garbage, but besides that it needs what the pool area got for the rest of the outer layer. I personally never had an issue with goblet (besides the god damn grass) I just like mist better and I feel like that goes for a lot of people. It's definitely better than no house at all especially with the way relocating works to give u priority over new potential home buyers to move out(which is what I did in 4.1 and moved to mist in 4.2)
