Here's what all the stats do:
Stoneskin is enhancing magic, so I guess it's effected by your enhancing magic stat. But I don't know if it really does or not.

Yes heals can crit, but it not displayed as a "critical heal" in the chat log, you'll just sometimes heal for more than usual, and it's effected by magical crit potency and magical crit rate.
For hp/mp I think cura is probably better, although you get more enmity with cura.
On 6.) I think you're talking about sacred prism ? If so yes I would do sacred prism+cura instead of curaga, as curaga gives you a lot of enmity and costs much more MP. You basically get the same effect from doing sacred prism+cura. Curaga heals about the same as cura but it's AoE.

Hmmm thanks for the replies so far.
Anyone know about #7?

I'm not sure about it, it's hard to test it these days because you can't freely modify your stats all the way to the cap anymore. You'd have to get a lot of materia and even then you won't know for sure because the amount you can increase your stats via materia is also capped.

Enmity from cure is not based on the type of cure you use. It is calculated at .75 points of enmity for each 1 hp cured, assuming 1 point of damage = 1 point of enmity. Thus, Sacred Prism + Cura will give much much more enmity than Curaga if you hit every party member. On 6.) I think you're talking about sacred prism ? Edit: Curaga will never heal as much as prism+cura if you hit more than 3 party members. Curaga has like a cap of HP it can cure, that is distributed amongst those in range with the lowest hp first and caps at around 2000 hp. However, sacred prism will make your Cura hit for everyone in range for 1k+ hp.

Actually both 2 and 3 have multiple modifiers. Vexerus didn't fix anything, he removed one of the correct answers to add another.
If the OP read the clas forums he would see where we have already had this debate and explaination of its mechanics.
then for one, why did you post it here anyway, and two, yes, all of these are answered and explained.
#7 is also tested and explained in the CNJ forums, contrary to OP "claiming" his answers cannot be found there.
I take no issue with curious people "re-asking" question. BUT to clutter an already disarrayed forums makes it worse.
I know your better then that.

@ OP the first page alone, in the CNJ threads has threads tittles almost identicle to 6 out of 7 of your question, so claiming they are not answered in the thread is either intentional bologna or laziness to research.
Nope. Just taking steps to help repel the forums clutter, especially when I was being literal. The first page of the CNJ forums literally had threads of discussion tittled after 6 out of 7 of your question. No need to assume I am mad, I didn't jump to conclissions about why you posted here.
I mean I didn't just ask:
you simple, bro?
