Would it be possible to get the 'endgame' tome vendor in Rhalgr's Reach (Enna) to appear earlier? Like when you get back from Doma, perhaps?

As it stands, you have to go all the way through the MSQ for her to show up, so most players leveling through the content now will be 71-72 before they see her. Mor Dhona and Idyllshire both have their Poetics vendors immediately available when you first get there. Rhalgr's Reach should be updated to be the same.
