    Mapping Confirm Auto Attack

    Is there a way to do this?

    If not, please let me map a key to press that will trigger auto attack on the current target.

    ATM I stand beside mob, then either activate/waste an ability on my bar to engage or use a blank space (waste of a slot) to tell the UI I want to attack.

    EX I stand beside a mob, whether I am Passive or Active (this can be toggled in config to not occur from Passive,) I become Active stance and begin to melee.

    If I could map this I would suggest the default (as it's where I would put it) as the "1" key on the numpad.

    Thank you, take care.

    P.S. if its a feature already then, someone please school me.

    Um.. all you have to do is switch from passive to battle mode.. then you automatically auto-attack any targeted mobs.

    I don't really follow what you're asking here.

    To auto attack you go into active mode the lock in your target.

    If you're asking how to enter active mode without using an ability, it's F on a keyboard to toggle active and passive.

    Switching to active mode does not automatically auto attack... it just pulls out your weapon. You have to confirm the target by either clicking on the action bar while having the target selected, clicking the target twice, or by pressing confirm(Enter)

    That's what I meant by lock on.

    Hi Jin,

    Starting auto-attack can be done by pressing the "confirm" key after targeting the mob, by default the confirm key is "Enter" however in keyboad config u can map a second key for it, I use "E" key myself to start auto-attack. (you should be able to map it to Numpad 1) You can double click also but it's no good when your target is moving.

    This is how I play:

    Right hand --> Mouse

    -click to target / use abilites / rotate camera

    Left Hand --> WASD keys

    -WASD to move around
    - "E" mapped as confirm key (to start auto-attack, after I target with mouse)
    - "Q" key to cycle action bars.

    Not a good way but best thing I can find given the current UI we have.
    Hope this helps you out.

    Edit: Forgot to mention that this is with auto-target lock set to off to allow you to freely manauver both your character and the camera during battle. (Menu --> Config -->Target--> Auto-target lock: off)
