NPC faces on Mog Station

Ahh this is a tough one but I would choose butts. D:

I mean, XV's comrades has a butt slider in the character creation menu; in fact, the overall options are really good (body and face customizations are pretty solid, hairstyles are the only downpart imo, but XIV already has that base covered) they could clearly achieve something if they bring the best of XV's comrades to XIV.

I do not agree that they give us the faces of the npc directly. What they should do is add the pieces they use to create their faces separately to choose and mix with the ones we already have. The other option is to place new options of faces and personalization.

I dislike the fact that they are only putting 2 hairstyles in each patch, when before they added 4 or 5, to where was that work/workers re-directed?

It would have been nice to add fewer hairstyles, but to put more pieces for faces in each race in each patch, and we would have a good amount if they had done so from the beginning.

I don't really have an issue with NPC's not having unique faces. A lot of the unique facial features on specific NPC's - such as Hien - are exactly the sort of things that quite a few people have been asking for over the years even before he existed.

I disagree that Lightning looks better than the player-character in the first picture. She looks very stiff and unnatural. And the player is wearing a plain robe when there are much more elaborate things available in the same game - even the Lv1 starter gear has more of a 'unique character' look to it.

At least updating the four face options we have to allow use to take certain parts from NPCs we like would be a nice option if we can't have the whole face. I'd love Yugri's horns for my Auri or Yotsyu's eyes. (Sorry for my misspellings)

I Think we as a community need to ask for another massive relaunch of the scale of 2.0. As ridiculous as it sounds, Final Fantasy XIV is among the most successful Pay to play MMORPG's in existence as of now. Only the behemoth that is World of Warcraft has a more vocal and numerous fan base. However, the repeated, and frankly upsetting argument of limitations being so often the culprit to many of our request is doing nothing to sow confidence in this game.

I love FFXIV, i have been here since 1.0, and i'll be here until the servers shut down for good, but even i hate to see such a wonderful game placed on the back burner to other SE ip's. There is still life in Final Fantasy XIV, as there is room for so much more exciting, immersive, ground breaking, and amazing content. Limitations as they are know will strangle this game, continued use of them as a excuse will simply tighten it's hands on it's throat.

We need a revamped character creation, better servers/ game engine, an over haul to quest and instance design (already prepared for the congestion issues once Eureka launches), new instanced housing content, fixes and additions to PvP modes (why we have yet to see a simple free for all, and capture the flag game types is criminal), and for all that is holy more staff assigned to already successful, money making game. Where are all the resources going for funding Final Fantasy XIV?

Player loyalty, love, and patience saved this game before, i saw it, i was there. I am hopeful it will do so again, but a little communication as to how decisions are made in this game will go much further than "server/ Ps4 limitations".

There are quite a few things that need overhauled, and the source code is probably one of them. It'd take a ton of work and time, but it'd pay off well. SE has the money, resources and time I'm sure, they just choose not to give Yoshi and the devs what they need. But...if they were to somehow receive such aid, such a massive overhaul of the game's systems would probably be part of an expansion. If they were smart though, they'd do it a little bit at a time, and do some of the "bigger" fixes for major content patches. At some point something will give, just a matter of when really.
