This doesn't make any sense though. Adding new faces to the client won't change packet data size in any way, shape, or form.

I think Yoshi-P meant they couldn't add new categories of character creation options (like adding an option to choose AuRa horns or butt-sliders) without effecting packet data.
But like you said, adding new items to existing categories (including the Face category) shouldn't effect the packet data.

Yes, when you run your game of hamster wheels and potatoes, it beomes a problem. They really should do what WoW did a few years back and do a complete server upgrade. But that would require some real effort on their part.

We have enough problems already with everyone looking the same or very close to the same.
I would prefer not see exact copies Lightning, Lyse, etc everywhere.
Especially as part of the MogStation. SE puts too much on the MogStation as it is.

A better request may be for them to add additional character creation options ingame.

Only if each person is throwing the equivalent of $1,000,000 US per month at them...then it might solve the Glamour Dresser issue...nothing more.
