Unable to get Quest 'The House That Death Built' to start up again after Abandon it

Steps:
1. I had abandon 'The House that Death Built' after going a few steps in said quest. I was suppose to talk to npc waller in Quarry Mill.
2. I had went back to Nojiro Marujiro to restart the quest. There is no quest marker. And speaking to him through right click gives a standard response about reckless charging elementals.
3. Went to other location from watching a online guide, no markers are present to show any quest progress.
