While I like the idea, I think it would significantly hurt RDM's dps. It is effectively delaying the combo by 3-4 GCD's which is a 1500 potency combo. With RDM's already low on the DPS charts I don't know if this would be a good idea. Unless while under Temper/Haste bonus mana is awarded.
