    What does TIN/CHI/JIN do?

    I'm at work so I can't read the tool tip atm....but I just remember it really confusing me when I hit lv70 the other day...

    It means you can use a ninjutsu without consuming the mudras, and the mudras will carry over to the next ninjutsu.

    So for example you can

    TEN > Fuma Shuriken > CHI > Raiton > JIN > Suiton

    Adding onto what LiMing said, the skill has a lot going on. Firstly it makes the next two ninjutsus basically instant (1 second cooldown) and you won't be able to do other skills until u finish that so bunnying here will really hurt. Since it remembers ur mudras u want to start off with fuma shierken and go from there. I believe it also buffs up the damage.
