Well, here's an update of sorts I guess. Looking forward to something official.

Can't imagine what 1.20c would be other than hot fixes.

I don't know. I doubt this will hold back 1.21. Purpose of "b" and "c" is to fix issues that derive from the 1.20 patch itself. This shouldn't have any affect on 1.21's progression. I wouldn't worry about any major delays, and if there are, it won't be because of this.
