Yoshi is a important member of the team no doubt, however him being hospitalized for a fever should not detract from the games progress. Everyone on the FFXIV team knows their jobs and is probably busy at work without Yoshi.

Probably! ^^ I bet right now they might only need him for fine-tunning purposes since all the major aspects of the game seems to be already decided.
