    Hi!

    I realized I have NEVER received a free Fantasia potion during my time playing.

    I did not receive the Fantasia potion from my first 30 day subscription.
    I also did not get my free Fantasia potion from the Main story Line Quest at level 50.

    I believe I might have made a character in an awkward time period, in between these two changes, and ended up NEVER receiving this item.

    I understand I should have received ONE Fantasia Potion for free in total, but I have received zero (neither methods have given me a free one).

    Are there any steps I can take to fix this issue? I should have received at least one of this Fantasia item, but have not received it from either scenario (30 day subscription or MSQ).

    It all depends on when you started your subscription and your character finished the 2.0 MSQ.
    The veteran rewards were revamped with the release of patch 4.1 on Oct 10, 2017.
    Prior to this, you would have got a free Fantasia as part of the 30 day veteran rewards. Afterwards you can gain one by finishing the quest "The Ultimate Weapon".

    If you had NOT yet qualified for the 30 day rewards when 4.1 was released, but HAD already finished the quest "The Ultimate Weapon" - then you are out of luck. The notes for the reward changes specifically note that "Players who have already completed this quest are ineligible to receive a phial of Fantasia." (This should actually read characters rather than players.)
    Should this not apply to you - then you should have got a phial of Fantasia one way or the other.
