Paladin's opener with Monk (but no Nin)

Hello,

I'm not tanking myself but I'm curious to know about Paladin's opener (OT) with this raid comp :

PLD - WAR (MT) - SCH - WHM - MNK - BLM - DRG - BRD

Is this more interesting for Paladin to begin with the FoF buff because of Monk's physical buff or is Holy Spirit still more powerful ?

Not PLD main but from my understanding you always begin with FoF?

the holy spirit opener is for when have less movement and I think its higher even with a monk

Starting with FoF so you can get Requiescat during the last few seconds of FoF is stronger than going into holy spirit immediately after your very first goring. Only moments you'd wanna start with Req rotation is when the fight would make you lose FoF time because of mechanics.
