A lot of players go in via their FC airship so they have little reason to use the Duty Finder anymore. I wouldn't mind if the whole of Diadem got some kind of revamp but that's unlikely to happen anytime soon with Eureka close on the horizon.

If I recall correctly minimum is two, just higher and FC to take you in and then they can exit. I use to do it with my personal airships before.

Is what I do for matron, but for diadem of fury to make Fates is impossible to 2.

not everyone is in an FC, or an FC with a house. for fates, you can always shout and team up with anyone else who happens to be inside at the time. There's no reason to have an entire area locked behind a DF that never pops. Get your voucher, talk to the guy and in you go. simple as that. I suppose it can still kick you after the time limit, but there's no real need for that anymore either. Just treat it like any other open world area.

there's other old stuff that needs to take into account lvl 70 - aquapolis should be unsynced, POTD needs extra floors (or a new one which has been promised, but I've barely heard a single thing about it since).

You can actually use FC diadem with people who aren't from your FC.

All you need is for one person (the party leader) to have an FC airship and for the FC to allow guests into the room.

If you do that, you can recruit people from your FC, LS, NN, and friends to fill out a full party.

My FC does that every once in a while and we can usually get a Fury party of 6-8 people going within 30 minutes. Especially once we tell them that they can get the White pegasus mount & minion just by doing it a few times.
