    Every construction site needs one! I don't remember if in Mor Dhona we had people hanging like that. I know Idyllshire had them and the Doman Enclave has 2 of them.

    They're just a recurring joke from the devs, just like the Roegadyns always carrying crates everywhere...

    There was one that kept moving to various spots as Idyllshire was built up, too. He's now seen gasping for breath on one of the side bridges.

    It's basically a meme at this point with the devs.
