    Unable to purchase game (CAD)

    Hey, I already sent a ticket for this issue but got a more or less automated reply. The issue is: I want to buy another copy of the game (FFXIV Complete Edition, PC DL) for a friend (via pc download codes) and, even though money has been pulled from my account on both tries, every time it has failed some verification process by the staff or whatnot and got refused.

    1. I am purchasing from Canada (B.C., specifically) using CAD, using a TD Visa. The same exact info and address worked when I purchased the game for myself on Steam.
    2. I am not using a VPN or anything that affects my IP
    3. The card works. Both times, $39.71CAD was taken by "Square Eni". The refunds also went though, but I lose about two bucks every single time I try bc conversion fee I'm assuming
    4. Shipping, billing, etc address is all the same and lines up.

    Initially, I thought the problem was that my SQEX store acct was linked to my Steam which already has a copy of FFXIV, so I switched to another account to try it. It got denied, again. I sent in a ticket to ask what exactly the problem was, but just recieved the basic "check your stuff" reply.

    So, is there any way I can buy this game as a gift for a friend? What exactly was wrong with my order, is there issues with paying in CAD in the NA store? I'm reluctant to try again, since I've already lost money.

    I can post screenshots of my tickets, transaction history, whatever.

    I think this is a situation where you're going to have to call into customer service. The mods here do not have access to account info, billing, ect. might just be easier to buy a copy from a brick & morter store and e-mail code to friend, in which they can download from SE.
