My problem with DRK

If your'e consistently delaying C&S until the end of a DASE string (so you can weave DA > Hard Slash > C&S > etc ), that added time is added to CS recast overtime - and each time you delay that time cummulates possibly erasing one C&S or more from the encounter (dropping one from a phase).

It may not have as hefty an overallDPS contribution as say ogcds for DRG, but practice is usually to avoid delaying oGCDs no more than 1 if possible.
