It isn't that it's the "worst tank," or that "it has no identity," it's just the entire playstyle of spamming Dark Arts that I don't like about it.

HW DRK was the most fun job to play in the game by far, and I loved being a DRK main for it. And I can get that it could be difficult to play for some players and they want to make it more accessible, but I don't think changing its style into just spamming Dark Arts nearly non-stop was the answer. I think this is the singlemost important DRK problem that needs to be addressed and redesigned far and above anything else, because if a job just doesn't feel good to play or fulfill its fantasy role, then nothing else truly matters. I'm sure some people would argue that spamming Dark Arts fits that role, but I just don't see it. I like the idea of spending MP to fuel stronger attacks, but not when you spam it nearly constantly.
