    ok went to my documents and deleted all of it and seems to have worked i m now able to login to my main character whether i have anymore trouble will have to wait a few hours until i have actual time to play . And thank you for all your help

    Thank you for the update BloodShadow.

    The files in the 'My Documents' folder contain a lot of customized player settings. My assumption is that one of those file (only associated with your main character) was corrupted or unreadable, causing that character only to crash.

    This thread will be moved to the 'Closed Concerns' subforum as the thread creator has found a resolution to their issue.
