    Thank you for the update BloodShadow.

    As you are reluctant to try a reinstallation, I'll recommend a few things that may solve the issue. Just be aware that reinstalling might solve the issue if these don't. Here are a few things we can try:

    First, try a wired connection as opposed to the wireless one you are using, as well as resetting your router by turning it off and back on.
    Second, you can try doing a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.
    Update your graphics card drivers .
    Make sure your anti-virus/firewall has an exception for the game.
    Check the following Port Ranges on your router/modem to ensure that the following Port Ranges have been opened/forwarded/triggered:
    ▼TCP
    54992 through 54994,
    55006 through 55007,
    55021 through 55040
    Your ISP may forward these ports for you.*

    none of that worked seems like i have no choice but to uninstall and reinstall the game and hope that works and another day wasted
