I just checked my settings. They're a bit above standard, but not maximum:

Multisampling: 8xCSAA
General Drawing Quality: 8 (standard)
Background Drawing Quality: 4
Shadow Detail: Highest
Ambient Occlusion: Off
Depth of Field: On
Texture Quality: High
Texture Filtering: High

Graphics card is a GTX570.
My husband says I might be able to go with higher settings, but he'd have to change the computer case because it gets too hot. ^^;

I just take a lot of screenshots and pick out the nicer ones. I literally have close to 24,000 FFXIV screenshots totalling over 17GB. ^^;
