Spamming engage with squadron

It seems the "Engage" command will resets squadron npc skill cooldowns.

So, spamming engage seems the best way to end duties asap.

Is that intended?

It's been fixed I believe, so it is no longer possible to do this... or at least that should be the case. Is this still happening?

Wondering if still going on, but it seems got fixed in 4.15.
