Used to play on 85-inch (1080p) TV, now i'm playing on 34-inch UltraWide (3440 x 1440) monitor. Never going back to TV.

Screen Mode: Borderless Windowed
High Resolution UI Settings: 150% (Full HD) - 1750x984 or higher
Default UI Size: 100%

With these selections, use HUD Layout to change the size of elements/bars on your screen. I also changed chat log text size to 24 for all.
