    I apologize for any inconveniences that you have experienced. I would like to know more about causes you to have to reinstall. Please provide me the following information.

    - Type of connection (wired or wireless)
    - Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
    - Everything you have tried to resolve the issue
    - Error messages received (if any)
