I don't get why the timer for one is so long, I mean I read something about it being from 30 min to 22+ hours... I mean wtf!? I get, that they want to give everyone a chance to see an available plot, before it's resold again, but people need to sleep and work as well. People with an actual life can't stay up the whole night hoping to get a house. congrats, I saw that a plot is open, however I need to go off so I won't die tomorrow at work so it's simply a show of what I can't have.

And why don't they give some kind of vague feedback on how long the timer will last? like: "The plot is unavailable for purchase, it looks like it will take some time for it to be purchasable again." and "It looks like the plot is about ready to be purchased."
It would give everyone a chance to see if it'll be worth to spend the next 8 hours sitting there staring at a stupid board or go to sleep and wake up a bit earlier the next day and hope that you didn't sleep past the timer. I mean I'm against a visible timer as well. Bots would rule the market and people with high-ping would never get a house at all, but I think making the timer-mechanic a bit more transparent would benefit every possible buyer and make people waste less time on a house which will be available around 4:30 am.
I mean I don't want to waste my whole night on standing there clicking like a maniac just so my FC can actually use an airship/submarine, however, if I want that for my FC there's no other way than that or risk my account and try to buy an FC via reddit.
