You just took it all way out of proportion. You stated with the current regulation, it is a one time thing, wich it is not because houseflipper will just do it again and again in every way they can. There is a difference between people that got a house through making an fc ( to be able to access airships and other things) and people buying them just to sell them off again. You're taking my words and are twisting them into things i never stated.
