I understand that the RNG timer is a good thing, and I don't dispute it mostly. I do think however that if buying it for an FC you should be able to bypass it.

I know some people have abused this system on some servers with multiple FC's, but we are just looking for a home.

And you have just answered yourself why the timer is RNG. It was too easy to abuse the system before. The unfortunate side effect is legitimate buyers are also hurt by this change. There is no concrete way to see if a buyer is legit or not sadly, so we're stuck with it at least for now.
