You know why in almost any online game (especially MMO) you have RMT? Because there is a demand for them and this doesnt come fro the company behind the game but exclusively from the players. Same thing apply for house flippers. If people arent willing to pay 5-10 and more times for the house they would not exist as there will be no demand for them. The fact is that until players stop paying so ridiculous high prices there will be always a demand for house flippers. What SE could do is start applying harsher penalties for both parties, the house flipper and the buyer, e.g. the (in)famous permanent ban hammer. Only then we can expect this situation to change.
