What i dont like about this game is...

Immense amount of dungeons, trials and duties from previous patches that are being wasted and almost nobody plays them besides lvling players.

Some of them are really funny, immersive and interesting to play, but due to the how the lvling and skills tree works in this game, are less attractive to play because it limits your playstyle making it annoying when you cannot do things you are used to at lvl 70.

I dont get it why it is this way and why SE cannot change it to be like 70 lvl savage content that gives some cool rewards, and is generally harder.
The job with scripts, with the graphics, sounds and lore is there, it require less effort to bring it back to the players, apparently we probably not going to get it anytime soon.
Its heart breaking, that giant part of content is longer in use for the vast majority of the players, and people like me that started to play the game in 2017 can no longer experience this content in the way it supposed to be, really sad.
To contrast it, in ESO all dungeons are playable on all levels (and CP lvls too) and all of them brings some kind of rewards.

I agree! And at the very least it would be nice to be able to use all the skills you have currently unlocked at your level when you get synced to a lower level.

For example, lets say my PLD is level 50 and I queue for leveling roulette and get Sastasha which syncs you to around level 16. Since I've leveled PLD to level 50 and unlocked all the skills up to that point, I'm now able to use Circle of Scorn and all other skills up to that point while synced to level 16.

Of course they would have to balance this, but it would make level syncing to lower levels way more interesting and fun to do.

    Well, roulette solve this, no?
You queue up for am interestingly funny dungeon, and find three people who are simply using a roulette.

Well doing this would create a great discrepancy between the difficulty of the dungeon and the actions that would be available at your jobs level. Most are already easy but suddenly you would be wiping the floor with all the mobs/bosses which kinda takes any fun out of actually running them. You would also need to consider players who haven't leveled up as high and are the minimum level for the duty to which they won't have the same access to a ton of actions.

Saying this you could in theory just pre-form a party, queue up for the roulette and because role requirements are ignored through this method, you could just 4 man RDM low level dungeons as the Vercure and Raise could essentially carry the party. Well that's just an example but less players might use the Roulette to play with solo players if they could just queue as whatever through a pre-made and have all their actions.

I didn't want to go into detail, but that's why I said of course it would have to be balanced. So it comes down to -and this is subjective- what do you find fun about playing your role? For me at the very least, it's going through my rotation to the best of my ability as a DPS. So in the case of DPS, perhaps restrict the skills to your DPS rotation. The same can be said for Tank, since they also have rotations for DPS. Healers are a little iffy, but you could also simply restrict it down to their DPS skills.

That was off the top of my head right now and I think that could possibly work as at least a first pass. Hope you get the general idea. If anything, the damage of certain skills can also be reduced if required, while level synced. Many things can be done to make lower levels more fun for higher level players, while still maintaining a good balance and not being too overpowered.

Um...I do them all the time, even on high level classes because of roulettes.

But what does happen is because there are so many sometimes it will be a long time since I last saw some and I do forget some tactics. But that's a totally separate issue.

Most of these are locked at certain lvl and on some classes it is a pure distaster to play it like DRK.
I would love to see them playable at lvl 70 like they did to fractal continuum.

    Two words, Vertical Progression...

This is primarily one of the reasons I dislike about this game... Dev Team just wants to create more stuff and forget about the old stuff. There's so much they can do with getting people to rerun old content but chose to blow it off because they want to just create more stuff that gets outdated with each patch they release.

What sucks more than losing your skills in early dungeons is the same amount of attention to design and detail is no longer present as it was in ARR. Dungeons like Sastasha, Halatali, and Qarn actually had puzzles/interactions that if not done correctly would trigger another pack of mobs, and in the case of Qarn, a whole other room with three treasure chests becomes accessible. Whenever I get Qarn as tank, I always do the scale puzzle thingy that requires you to quickly look at the tomb at the beginning of the dungeon. NO ONE does this, and it is so funny that everytime I get Qarn, at least one person gets the 'Mapping the realm: The Sunken Temple of Qarn' achievement with a response along the lines of, "Holy shit! I never knew this was here!"

But yeah, nah. Everyone wants to speed run schite and can't be bothered. I wouldn't blame the devs for our horizontal progression that leaves old dungeons in the dust unless you get it in roulette.
