Crafting the Ala Mhigan Set

If you can HQ the base materials like Ala Mhigan Fibre then you are nearly there for HQ on the clothing since it has the same requirements. Check your gathering stats and see if you meet the requirements to gather HQ Spring Water and Azim Cotton. I remember having to overmeld as much perception into my 290 gathering gear as possible along with using food at first. The method posted on the forums that uses Markers Mark, Flawless Synthesis, Manipulation II and Comfort Zone doesn't require max CP so that would be your best method I think. In fact I still use it even with full Ala Mhigan gear but then I don't have max 476 CP (I have 467) that most of the rotations use either.

I just got my gathering to 1200 perception so I can now HQ Paladium Ore and the other items. I knew I was going to have to HQ the Base Ingredients.
