I tried to pay today by adding crysta to my account, but it kept rejecting my PayPal info. PayPal said the transaction was canceled by the seller.

I don't know Click to Buy or Ultimate Pay, but what I do know is that enough places have my credit card info and I'm not about to give it to two companies I've never heard of. I do trust Pay Pal though.

I think payment for your services are too convoluted. When I want to pay money to Blizzard, I pay it to Blizzard. When I want to pay money to Steam I pay it to Steam. They're not asking me to go through third parties, even a subsidiary. At any rate, I could be a paying customer if you made it simple enough to pay. If you made me feel secure enough about paying. I'm just one customer, but somehow I suspect I'm not the only one turned away from how complicated you've made payment.

Remember, if you want people to actually do something, simple is best. The harder you make it, the less people will do it. If you're going to sell something, make it easy to buy, or be prepared for people not to buy it.
