I'm going to preface by saying I did not read your life story, as it has absolutely no bearing on the topic at hand, nor on how the developers develop content. Not trying to be rude, but they don't know nor care that you've cleared every video game known to man, where you grew up, what your profession is, etc.. All they are concerned with is keeping you subscribed, and dishing out content to appeal to newer/prospective players.
That being said:
The 2-chest system is enough. I disagree with the idea that a bonus should include an extra chest for a party. All that will do is lead to exploits where people will then want "3 chests only" groups. 2 is enough during lock outs.
If you want to clear the content, make a Party Finder for it. Not everyone has a static that they complete Savage with, and statics aren't some...what did you call it? Elitist group that looks down on the peasants without one? What even is that comparison...
Instead of adding a chest of groups with a bonus, I'd much rather them look into altering the number of chests you get in groups that have pervious clears that week, i.e., allowing 1 player that has already cleared for the week to join a 2 chest party, and not affect the 2 chest loot.
My post is not as thorough as I would like it to be, since I'm walking to class right now, but I disagree with your suggestions. Groups with bonuses don't need 3 treasure coffers, and you don't need a static to clear the content. Join a clear/enrage party, or create your own. It's that simple. I've gotten several Savage clears outside of a static, be it with friends or with complete strangers.

So I am a doctor. I usually am lucky to get more than an hour or two to play on the weekdays. Weekends are variable. When I'm not spending time with my family, I do play the game quite a lot (and still get about 20 hours of play time on a good weekend). Finding a party in party finder for those without a clear takes a long, long time. I've waited as long as an hour once for a full group (actually my first full group on Phantom train). I had sheets I had printed off, rotations I had memorized, and DPS parcers ready to go to really carry out the fight. I had been looking forward to having this time all week to clear that content. On the first pull, I forgot that rails were removed and made a simple mistake in the first two minutes. I was kicked, and didn't get to attempt it again until a week later (where I got to enrage on the next attempt). I think it's very unfair to state I'm not a "hard worker", or that I need to "get good", when the obstacles for entry are things that aren't even part of the game.
Truthfully, my post was really to just bring attention to the fact that this content is presently elitist, not hard. And I'd like to think that is not intentional. I'm glad folks are at least discussing this. Thanks for your time.

You need an incentive to help a friend/FC mate? I mean, I won't spend too much time helping complete strangers (though I have), but I don't need incentives to help friends or FC mates.
Except it's not elitist. Again, if you don't have a static, join PFs or make your own. I am a full-time student, and have not had that much time to play as much as I have wanted to this semester; I even had to drop my own static because their times interfered with school. That said, join or make PFs. And yeah, you may have to wait for them to fill, but they will always fill (unless you’re making them at obscenely early hours for Aether, then they may not since people are probably sleeping).

I work too. I work late nights and I have 3 classes that I have to go to.
None of those have anything to do with clearing Savage content. Something about that last post makes me curious about something. How many practice parties have you done with O5S, assuming you haven't cleared it by now. If you have, then how many practice parties have you done for O6S.
You then would be a kind soul. For me, I'm the furthest progressed in my FC.
Do this. Make a party finder as a goal duty completion. Click on the box to only allow people marked as duty incomplete to join (to more accurately simulate what it's like waiting for a non-duty complete roster to fill). If after all that you can genuinely say there's not a problem getting groups for this content, then I think we have reached an impasse and can no longer have a discussion.
Outstanding. Just know that to win my game, you'll need to use the Ungarmax LB...
...oh wait.
In all seriousness, I asked about practice parties because it sounded like you went straight for a clear, so thank you for clearing that up. But with that being said, you might've just picked bad times for getting groups together. That's not on Savage...that's just because a lot of the top raiders have already moved on, some others are stuck in O7S (which admittedly can be pretty damn hard), and others just don't care to raid this tier. I haven't had problems getting into an O5S clear group in mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and we're on the same datacentre, so I'm not sure why you're having such a hard time getting a group together in less than 15 minutes, if that.
It’s not that I’m kind; it’s that I don’t need incentives to help my friends; they’re my friends. Isn’t that what a friend is supposed to do? Help each other? I don’t even need incentives to help strangers; I’ll join random parties if I’m bored. I don’t know if you’ve ever heard of Xeno, but he’s a top-tier, world-first raider, and he joins random groups all week long after clearing content to just help them. I’ve partied with him on at least 2 occasions—one for an A9S learning and one for a V4S weekly.
I don’t need to create a social experiment to prove my point; I already have experience with them working. Monday night, I was in 3 different O7S clear/enrage parties. One was cut short because the host was needed for something, one I left because it wasn’t going anywhere and wanted to take a break, and one I stayed with for the entirety of the lockout. We did not clear, but the parties took less than 20 minutes to fill. And that was on a Monday night before reset (around 12am CST).Do this.
Week 1, I joined O6S learning parties (as in, zero experience parties), and got my clear with those. In Deltascape, I joined groups for Catastrophe, Halicarnassus, and Neo Exdeath that were mostly strangers with maybe one person I knew. Got clears in all of them, and Neo was WAY into the tier’s lifetime. In Creator, I cleared A9S, A10S, and A11S in PUG groups. There are several people that have cleared tiers in PUG groups without a static. How did they do that? Party Finder.
My point is, I already know Party Finder works. I don’t need to create an experiment to prove that. If you are truly dedicated to clearing the content, you will stick to it. And I would suggest that, instead of asking for an easy way out. Regardless of how busy you may or may not be.
