90 day transfer restriction & Server Redistribution.

Will our characters be allowed to transfer during the server redistribution windows even if they are currently under the 90 day transfer restriction?

They didn't specify in the announcement, but the fact that they stated all characters on the affected data centers suggests that characters will be able to transfer during that period, even if they'd normally be under the 90-day restriction. The exception would be characters created during that window on preferred worlds and/or characters that you transfer to a preferred world; once they've been transferred into a preferred world, you'd be restricted from transferring again for the usual 90 days.
