Rework the elevators in praetorium

The first two elevators can still leave people behind leaving them missing out on multiple bosses if people don't wait behind. We already have the solution to this problem though and I see it as a quick fix. The last two bosses when someone uses the elevators it sends a message saying everyone will warp to this point. Just make the first two elevators when someone clicks on the button that gives a few seconds cutscene of everyone riding the elevator with the 2nd elevator also giving people the key for the magitech armor.

You can call the elevator back from the bottom end.
You can ride it back down to retrieve someone from the upper end.

These things are fully functional and allow for the easiest of Garlean travel.
