    Steps:
    1. Just finished defeating the masked man of the "To guard a guardian" quest and the cutscene didn't load and got an system error.
    2. I know after defeating him I'm suppose to talk to the God's Quiver Bow to let me enter Seat of the first Bow, my quest literely says: "Return to the Seat of the First Bow and speak with Lewin."
    3. So I went to God's Quiver Bow but he wont let me in, I reclogged a few times, even closed the game, restarted PC even but I didn't help. I'm stuck in main story quest and I cant reset it either.
