game crashing at specific areas

this is from cutter's cry. was running levelling roulette and then I keep dcing until I was kicked out of the dungeon

When exactly did this start happening? Is this your first time trying to go to this particular area?

Try selecting DirectX 9 mode (or DirectX 11 mode if you are already using DX9). Also make sure that your graphics card drivers are up to date.

Game freezes now every time I teleport or enter a new area. See chat isn't affected because can see new chats and talk to others when game freezes up. Then minute later get 90006 error followed by 5 minutes of 2002 errors. When this happens have no lag at all and don't use wireless internet and modem is only 2ft from my pc with new cat6 line. Have no problems streaming movies or playing other online games.

start happening > around the time i installed reshade i guess? this isn't the first time since I have been playing with this pc since level 1..

try dx9/dx11 > i have defaulted to using dx9 since game crashes with dx11. I will try dx11 when i get back home. graphics card drivers aren't up to date (since there's a new version out this week i think)

Are you using background applications or overlays? If so try disabling them. Please update your drivers, when the update is available. Let us know if the problems persists.
