It was still there just last night, after reset. And it's not just WAR. It's anyone who can enter the room and kill the mob within 10 seconds.

Yes. The person I was responding to seemed to believe otherwise (even that they had, in fact, "fixed" it), and I was casting doubt on that.
What's funny is that the myth that only Warriors could do it anyways had already caught on before the Q&A...There’s a rumor where people believe warriors playing on an SSD have an advantage inside Omega: Sigamascape v1.0 (Savage). Using and SSD or not doesn’t change anything. The loading time is adjusted so they’re loaded the same. It’s just the timing.
When did they fix warrior cheese as rdm and warrior can still do ir?If they banned people for exploiting a bug in their own game they would be admitting to their own player base that they are aware of the bug and that they are too lazy to fix it since its been four months since this discovery. They were quick to fix the Sigmascape 5 Savage bug were the Warrior could skip an entire phase for the party by instantly killing their ghost in their own car. Banning players in pvp for using third party software in astragalos is completely understandable but punishing players for using shortcuts in the actual game itself is just wrong. The developers should be addressing this, not the GMs.
Commendations.
If I play dps I only give it out to other dps.
If I play tank I only give it out to healers.
If I play healer I only give it out to tank.
Only if they should be getting a commendation.
There are always exceptions to the rules!
Good question...because, for one, the person that posted that must not know that WARs still do that (this requires a player knowing how to maximize their burst) and honestly, with a good WAR or RDM, it helps with DPS uptime. It's not a bug...player skill requires them to be able to down that ghost before the rest of the party dies - with bad ping, this strategy will usually wipe the other 7 players standing outside.
Don't forget that this isn't new. It was posted about 4-5 months ago and people have used it since.

The PVP pomander thing was definitely stopped and according to people who know much more about how it was done than I do, attempting to do it again gets you an instant ban.

The pomander thing was a little more involved and required the use of third party software to "send" pomander data to the server outside of allowed instances. This on the other hand can be done from within the game by just inputting the specific limit break command. It's more oversight than exploit, as far as player abuse goes.
