Launcher crashes when using Whatsapp

Hi team,

I have tested several times, and wanted to bring it to your attention. I have found if I try to launch FFXIV with Whatsapp open, that when I click the green play button it just thinks for a second but never opens the game.

I have tried this several times and duplicated it every time. As soon as I closed Whatsapp and tried launching, it worked fine.

I am unsure of what would cause this, however wanted to pass it on so that you could investigate further as I do not have the expertise to troubleshoot.

Do you get any kind of error when you try to open the game with Whatsapp running? Or does it simply do nothing?

Are you running any other programs in the background? Is this a recent development, have you been able to run both programs before?
