40 Skill up?

As HiPotion mentioned, do Mugwort Carp as it's the cheapest in this range; although correct me if I'm wrong, I thought it was a level 40 recipie, not a 41+ recipie, so you'll only need 1500 for the achievement.

I did mugwort carp until 39, then moved straight onto Orobon Stews and Aldgoat Steaks- both are not cheap and all except one of the ingredients in each can be brought from NPCs, while the livers and chunks are easily farmed around Ul'dah.

i also thought it was Lv40, but currently im doing Mugwart Carps for the 41-50 Achievement, currently 1700/3000
before patch i was leveling on Stuffed Cabbage, was good exp but a lot of collecting of materials + farming bat wings

Oh, NPCs don't sell that

you can fish them in Black Shroud (im SUUUURE about Grade 5, but maybe 4 also)
or just buy them from market
