The only thing I can really say is experiment. If you find you only enjoy raiding and PvP, then you may be the type of player who logs in for patches and expansions then takes time off in between. And there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. That being said:

- Sounds to me that you just need a break in general. Leveling a gatherer to 70 can be pretty darn monotonous, and frankly, so can raiding. I wouldn't count out leveling another Job until after you've taken some time doing other things outside of the game.

- On the note of jobs: you would be very surprised how fun it can be to level multiple combat jobs. Even if you're only into tanking, Paladin and Dark Knight might just be enough to switch things up for you. At the very least if you level those two up you'd have more options when raiding with your group. I imagine being a Warrior and only a Warrior for raids might be contributing to that stale "in a rut" feeling you're having.

- Are you in a Free Company? If not, have you considered making one? MMOs are very much a communal thing, and it may help to have another group of people to talk to outside of your static. You don't even have to aim to make it a gigantic FC if you just wanted a handful of folks to keep up with.

- Pretty much everything Vidu said in their post. This game has a lot more to it than just combat, but you kind of have to motivate yourself to go do it.

Heck, just stop by the golden saucer and see if you enjoy Triple Triad or Chocobo Racing. Those two things alone are like their own little end game you can sink a lot of time into.
