    GM Rhinedynast

    It was very impressive how fast GM Rhinedynast contacted me about my ticket. The GM was very clear and helpful in trying to aid me. However, my time with the GM was short as I did not realize I could not reply to tells in duties. I was not able to give my full account, but GM Rhinedynast was very patient and tried to reach me numerous times within the timespan. Unfortunately, we were not able to reconnect and talk further.
