invisible walls in housing?

Is that the wall/partition where you can put your own wallpaper on it? If so that's an interactive object and you can only have around 40 interactive things in a house before things start vanishing, in your case, the walls

The above poster is correct. The game will only render so many objects in your house at once. So if you have too many object, it will render based on proximity. Hence why some objects are 'invisible.'
