Need NIN advice please

I\\'m after advice on how to improve myself as a ninja. I currently have cleared all fights but ultimate,t7s and t8s. Yet Ik I am the weakest in terms of my groups dps and ik I shouldn\\'t be even in regards to being designated as the melee lb user as well as sorting out any aggro issues we have mid fight (losing a couple gcds maybe auto attacks if boss teleports) obviously party alive > personal dps but I do feel like I am holding them back through messing up or not understanding nin enough. Just after any advice people can give. I do use the 5gcd opener due to latency sometimes allows me to get in 6 but I try not risking it as prefer to get TA off than not

The only thing he's good at is reading the tooltips though.
This left aside, he's not going in depth nor explaining at all and when he does it he's most likely wrong.

This alone shows that he is missing basic knowledge when it comes to simply play the game and the combination itself is garbage (not even close to be suboptimal).

So yeah, if you're looking for a ninja "preview" it might be "good" but that's all.

Well, I need advice too. It seems my dps is still slow for some reason...

Btw I saw the new i360 gears and they seem to add skillspeed now... is there a change of stat priority?

You are too slow... Increase your cpm and you deal more damage. Always keep a gcd running!

thx to all the replies sorry quite a late reply myself had alot of irl stuff happen (2 deaths and fc completely destroyed) i have been working on issues pointed out still fall into the trap at times especially if something goes awry probably a force of habit from healer days and getting out of mindset thats something i can help with when 90% of time i can't
