    Video issue?

    Every few months I end up getting a weird problem with FFXIV. On the loading screen after selecting my character my computer will crash, not the game, my whole system restarts. There doesn't seem to be any connections I can find when this happens. ANy ideas? My system has no issue running the game most of the time, just every so often this glitch pops up.

    When did this issue start occurring? How often does this happen and did you notice any patterns (Does it happen more often after an OS update or a FFXIV patch, etc.)?

    What exactly happens when your PC restarts? Do you receive any kind of error message? Does it happen repeatedly or if you restart your PC, will it work fine the next time?

    We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!
