Just wait for them to give us the glamour dresser, shouldn't be too far away.

The back side of the elder dressers portrait works well. 20k gc deals in gridania.

You can use the painting frames too (with no paintings on it).

    It comes in three sizes!

I'm curious as well about how to put one together. I know what pieces to use, but the point of getting the painting to stick is where I get lost/flustered with it. D:

You use the clipping trick shown here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_97zMZnU7Dk. This has opened up so many things for me in my house!

Thank you! Going to give it a try soon. Half the time I'm messing with this stuff, I feel like I lose all the knowledge I have and forget how to even play the game. Overthinking everything.

The only caution I have (as I found when I placed my zabuton loft in my last house) is that if you have an item clipped somewhere it 'shouldn't' be (like clipping cushions 10 feet in the air) and the portion of the item that usually faces the item it sits on (back of the picture, bottom of the cushion, etc) is above anything with a surface it can attach to, they'll 'link up again' once you turn linking back on. If they're too close, they'll snap together, and even if they're far away, moving the base item might move the other item. For example, some of my loft zabutons were above manor pedestals, and they 'linked' to the pedestal (even though they were so far apart) so that if I rotated the pedestal, the cushion rotated too. You can get around this by unlinking every time you move something, but it's worth knowing before you mistakenly move half of your loft because you wanted to shift your tatami mat :<
