    Client crash with Japanese error message

    Hi, the last 2 days when I try to start the game from the client the game crashes with a black screen after a few seconds.Furthermore an error message written in Japanese appears.
    • I don't have any overlay
    • I don't own an nvidia card
    • I don't have a Windows/xbox games overlay
    • I don't have any other issue or whatever with any other game
    what I have already done is
    • Try directx 9 and directx 11
    • Try resetting settings through the client
    • Try deleting the profile folder so that the game creates a new one

    Please tell me there's a solution and that I don't have to re-download everything again.Thanks in advance!

    It appears that you have tried all the suggestions that we would have provided. The next thing to try unfortunately would to be to re install. Please let us know if this solves your issue.

    Reinstalling solved the problem but re-downloading 25 GB isn't a logical solution. If data corruption was to blame there should be a tool to repair the installation
