    Error 601, followed by 401, followed by i2501

    I made attempts to purchase items with the same cards I used everytime I purchased items on the mog station. Today, I was greeted with error 601 and couldn't make the purchases.

    Apparently I tried again, after a few times, now I am greeted with error i2501 and can't make any purchases, including paying for subscription, potentially preventing me from playing after my remaining days run out.

    I did some search, and I found out that my account might be PERMANENTLY BANNED from making future purchases, effectively preventing me from playing the game forever.

    Chat support said "We can't do anything about it".
    Phone support never picked up.
    Email support never replied.
    I am getting infuriated even that my main job is not WAR.

    Please assist me in resolving this problem, and DO NOT say anything like:

    - "Please check with your bank." I have checked with my bank and there is nothing wrong with my card.

    - "Please contact support centre." I have tried support centre to no prevail.

    I have a total of almost 1500 days of subscriptions, and bought countless items from the mog station. I do not wish to have this account unable to be played by any mean. The money, the time invested in it are too great to start again.

    I just want to write an update that my problem has been resolved.
    The next day after my post has been posted, I received an email requiring me to provide copies/photos of my ID, proof of address and the card I used to make the payments. I sent them and the following day I received another email informing that the issue has been resolved. I tried and it was indeed resolved.

    Not that I'm condoning whatever algorithms the website employs to detect potential fraudulent transactions, but I'm just glad it is resolved, and within a short time period too.
