What are the highest rated/desired plot locations?

Used to have 6 as well, grats that you got it, it wasn't mine was it since i recently relocated from 6 to another plot? lol

We scored 6 with the ward upgrades after the disappointment that was Shirogeddon, was the only mansion in our ward for a while before others settled in!

Just upgraded my plot 6 in Lavender Beds to plot 35 in Mist (L) through relocation, couldn't be happier

I currently have ploy 7 mansion is Shiro, but I really want plot 15/45 in Mist or 5/35.

The Goblet, Plot 15. It directly overlooks the pool, so you can jump off the railing and cannonball into the pool. The view is also gorgeous, specially at sunrise or sunset. Due to its position, it's also really close to the central market board and bell, so it's super useful as a crafter.

Agreed. It's either #15 or #20 for Goblet (S) I think. #15 is extremely convenient for being close to the MB and the sunrise is superb. Although not as close to the pool as #20 you can overlook the whole Brimming Heart area in return.

My FC bought the first house on Midgard and we instantly went for Lav Beds 29. The private island feel is so awesome, and the waterfall right there is lovely. I wanted our neighbor at Lav 28 for my private, but I missed every time it came up.
Thankfully I was lucky enough to snag a Mist 35, so I'm not as bummed about not getting the 28 since it is my choice for second best L in game.
Never liked Goblets or Shiro much tbh.

Some one mentioned it earlier, but goblet 21/51 is my favorite small period! (your can practicly claim a whole two story croner of the ward with a small gazebo as yours lol) and i don't see much love for it but my current home Mist 1/31 I've fallen head over heals for. MB/bell right down the stairs a small fountain you can claim, an extra back yard thats great for private picnics, theres a huge empty field you share with the large next door that great for huge parties. plus one of my favorite perks you can sit on one of the pillars right outside your fince and get a great view of the ward/ocean Especialy during sunset.

I kinda like my plot, which is plot 13 in LB. It’s close to the MB, bell, and aetheryte. Not too secluded, but the best part is I don’t have to click that darn placard any more.

Mist 5 vs 15. Debating which one I want to try and move to. Beach side but a bit cramped or solitary and lording above the peasants with a great view from the back.

Hmm I wonder why no one has mentioned Lav Bed small plot 39? It has an AMAZING waterfall view and right next to mb. I relocated to it from another small and yeah 29 may be better but this is a SUPER CLOSE second as best small in game IMO. :-)

Plot 9/39 was mentioned a couple times and I have to agree. Beautiful small, I like it over the seclusion of 29/59. And I want to add plot 22/52 to that. A bit secluded with vendors and MB right in front of your house.

Having tried both of them I kind of prefer Mist 15. There's something about the view from the top of the hill that is truly amazing. None of the houses really gets in the way of the view of the entire ward either. Sure Mist 5 has the beach but that's all it has whereas from Mist 15 you can see the beach as well. Both spots are fairly close to a MB and retainer bell. I also like the double smalls near Mist 15 and sometimes you get some nice neighbours.
